The Couples Ministry offers weekly classes with video teachings to newlyweds and those married for many years. There are discussions facilitated by a number of dedicated leaders. Periodically, this ministry offers outings and special events for couples of First Church.
COUPLES CLASS — Essentials of Marriage DVD series hosted by popular counselor/ author Dr. Greg Smalley, featuring top relationship experts Les and Leslie Parrott, Gary and Barb Rosberg, and Gary Thomas, with practical wisdom, honest confessions, and decades of experience—plus advice from Del Tackett, Stormie Omartian, Dave Ramsey and Kay Arthur. Subjects include: seeing your partnership from God’s perspective; how opposites get along, and overcoming threats to growing together. Meets Sundays, at 9:15 a.m. in the Morgan House Drawing Room.
