Part I — Substance Abuse and Addiction, Benefits, Challenges and Clinical Strategies for Involving Families in Treatment will be led by Seb Perumbilly, Ph.D., LMFT and Fulbright Scholar, who has extensive clinical training and experience in treating substance use in the family context.

Part II — Screen Time and the Mental Health of Youth, The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
will be led by
Dr. Weigle a board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who has authored numerous scientific articles on the effects of computer habits on the mental health of youth.
